Tetiana Nekrasova

Attorney, PhD in Law

For over twenty years, I have worked at the intersection of business, law, and international relations. I started in commercial law, but it quickly became clear that the most demanding matters don't fit neatly into one category — they involve corporate structures, cross-border contracts, asset protection, and regulatory pressure all at once. That is where I found my focus.

I have advised on investment transactions, industrial projects, restructurings, and market entries — in Poland, Ukraine, and the broader European context. The scale and complexity of these projects taught me that a lawyer's effectiveness is not about knowing the rules, but about anticipating consequences and building structures that hold up under real-world pressure.

In working with clients, I value clarity, precision, and accountability for every recommendation I make. I don't present five options and ask the client to choose — I give a recommendation and take responsibility for it. Every matter has a clear owner, and the client always knows where things stand and why we're taking the path we're on.
